You may already be a pro when it comes to smoothies, they are versatile, quick and easy and are perfect for breakfast or a post workout energy boost. Smoothies allow you to literally create a different recipe every day using up all of that fruit and veg that you may have left over, you can also tailor make these to benefit those vitamins and minerals that you may be lacking.
Incorporating CBD in to your smoothies is a super easy way to get your daily dose.
You will need:
- 1 cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 full banana peeled and cut in to 1-inch pieces
- 5 drops of at least 250mg water soluble CBD (we use Hemplucid Water soluble whole-plant hemp extract)
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend to the desired consistency. If you aren’t using frozen raspberries, you can add a small handful of ice to cool it down.
